H Settings Toggle Affecting Search Include/Exclude Tags

Stumbled upon this after realized I forgot to change the H settings to "view all" after a fresh login. I have it set up so my search always excludes certain tags. If change the H setting toggle while on the search page it turns all the excludes to include.
A little annoying, but it fixes itself if I reload the page from the drop down menu. Really minor bug IMO as it has a workaround that's simple.
