I'm pretty sure the translator notes meant that the next chapter was censored even in Japan. They don't mind a bit of rape so there's no way it would be just that.
My guess for the next chapter's contents is animal+loli (or shota) with drugs or alcohol. That should be controversial enough for even the Japanese audience to care.
