I remember seeing it on video that it is truly dangerous and only be used on specific condition as it meant to paralyze the person blindly.

A strike to the eye may easily cause blindness and some concussion.
Same goes to the strike to beside the eye.

A strike to the middle of eyebrow may result the same as above but the person may instantly blackout.

The there's a strike to a specific point of the neck which may result on instant death lol.

@TroubleFait Well, this manga is mostly extremely tolerant of women, even if their actions against Misora are an outright crimes and if it literally mirror that for what bad guys were punished by Misora before or after as a clear dirty violence. At any other time and place I would say that the author is very "woke", although if my memory serves me right, Rui-'s twitter once retweeted a tweet about the absence of any violence fom BLM's side.
