@JaxunHero They had split up and apparently they didn't have an agreed upon place to meet again. And when she was about to call them to hear where they were, she realized her phone was gone, and apparently she didn't have any idea about where she might have left/dropped it. So then she had a PA made so they could find each others. And apart from the slight shame of having to use the lost childs center for it, I must admire her for it. It was a smart move to solve an annoying problem in a big mall.
