@Hootanic They are already dating, they have kissed multiple times... I mean, at this point the progress is less about them getting together and more about them becoming adults it seems. This manga is still several hundred chapters ahead of any other gal rom com that is currently being translated.

However this is dragging like hell and getting worse and worse, the author is trying to get as much money as he can i suposse. Unless the upcoming hotel chapter gonna advance their relationship but i don't think so, i would bet on that one of them gonna fall asleep when it gonna be time to do it

I gotta say, the MC hasn't a lustful bone in his body. To the point where if he were the norm I'd worry for the survival of the species.
Also, frankly, it's not romantic when only one side even vaguely seems interested, other than in reaction to the other side's moves. I mean, "I want to say with you forever..." is replied to with, "It's cold out and your train is coming!" Okayyyyyyyyyy
