My best guess is that she is venting her frustration that Ozu belongs to his girlfriend by swinging an imaginary bat, but maybe someone can enlighten us who is more familiar with wathever there she is doing

She's definitely trying to beat some sense into herself, with an imaginary bat, since common sense and logic haven't worked to get her to give up on him yet.

Yeah there was a PON sound effect with the bat, so that was presumably her hitting the ball. I'd imagine it's like on of those sports arcades with the batting cages.

Her trying to hit the ball is her trying to convince (or at least tell) herself Ozu-sensei is his girlfriend's and then she does it and hits the ball.
