Half of the page missing in when using the Compressed Image setting

Probably bug in the image compression.

How to reproduce the bug:

1. Go to "Reader settings", "Data saver", choose: "Compressed images"
2. Visit https://mangadex.org/chapter/967397/9

What Happened:

@ices In the future, just report the chapter as having broken compressed images and it'll get fixed.
