Hana to Hoshi

Really enjoyed the bitterness of the first few chapters. But that was the highlight.

For some reason I'm annoyed they started playing table tennis again in the end. It's almost like the moral of the story becomes, "Table tennis is the best" instead of anything substantial.

Also, random NTR girl seems to come out of nowhere and stays until after the end. Not where she came from or what purpose she served.

Completely disagree. It even mention in a chapter how she never could actually enjoy the sport due to frustration and everything that comes with going competitive, while now she has gotten over that frustration and is doing it for fun.

Table tennis was the best part.

Somehow the white-haired girl (forgot her name) had more chemistry with her ex that with her supposed girlfriend.

Well...seems like they wrapped up things a little too soon. No real romance outside confession, at school the two annoying characters are still in the way, and the date chapter is a wtf.
Could have endend slightly better.

Man this was adorable but too short and jumps around a lot with the plot it wants, and those two annoying characters really make it hard to adore.

this was pretty bad? I feel like there was alot missing and the author rushed to write the whole thing. I'm not totally sure why some things happened. Upto the scene where the senpai brought her out to play table tennis for the other girl I thought it was fine but then it was almost like the author knew their days were numbered and just rushed to finish it off by giving us a few random important event scenes with no real reasoning for why we were supposed to think that they should be dating/why hanai would like her? Idk mostly just surprised this has such a decent rating.

ps the cover art is way better than anything else in the manga by like 100 times lol

Sweet story. really heartfelt. It really comes together when she is able to sort out her feelings. Good story.
