Theory time kskakaha pls forgive my delulu. I went and reread bc funnily enough as I was reading this I was like huh, I don't know what Hananoi's name is. And his name wasn't really mentioned until now. Even in the chapter where Yao saw him in the yearbook his name isn't seen. But there's a strange name that I saw! Hotaru mentions a Sasaki-kun in chapter 11, and I just found it weird and out the blue faceless name to be uttered. I would've not minded it if didn't look to fimiliar with Saki so maybe Hotaru did also know him to an extent? Hopefully we get to see more soon! But I'm super happy with these cute moments!
