How the F are they supposed to be in the same class and don't know which gender they are? Do the teachers don't address the pupils with gendered pronounce in japan? Can someone clear this up for me. I mean every now and then they get called by their name to perform tasks at the chalk-board and so on.

@throughstars Well I can't compare, but as I said it seems strange to me. At least for my upbringing up and into my university of applied science all teachers I had did know the people for the better or worse by name as in that the teacher were reference persons. But then again how western society is today it may all have shifted to non relationship acquaintances and some lifestock to be educated. And I just wondered if in asia the relationship between pupils and teachers were that much of a difference.

@Airwave2k2 In Asia, our relationship is Teacher and Student. They teach you, gave you grades and move on. I even have this teacher before who would call us by our Class List no.

@throughstar Thank your for reminding me why I despise asian people. Treating each other like lifestock with numbers like cattle, even so you spend more time in school with this very people then sometimes with your partners at home. As much as there are some good values those cultures offer, some things I'm glad to not have had surrounding me growing up.
