Go back to the warrior elf and priestess chapter's page 9. It shows the priestess has breasts as she leans forwards (and why the onlooking goblin is so embarrassed to see some yuri going on in the dungeon).

But maybe it was meant to be like one of those "handshake buzzer" things, to entice a (mean) laugh and claim some superiority.

@Kaarme : There was likely a delay in returning due to paperwork, travel times for themselves or messengers, more bureaucratic paperwork, and needing to re-supply. Plenty of time for someone else to rush in and explore a bit.

Plus nothing there said his is their first time back.
