To everybody who still seems to be confused: the mistake wasn't in the armor nor the function, the mistake was that Saitou didn't take into account the personality of the user and her dislike on showing that much skin in such a revealing outfit.

TL;DR: No mistake in armor, Raelza was just embarrassed.

@VladDracul2 Nah, look at the images. Loose (cut) strings in the closeup, tightly laced top in the before image and much looser in the after image. She accidentally cut the strings when pulling out the swords, then dropped the armor.

@MaTu94 If they did some testing they probably did it with other underwear, or in another order (drop armor first, then pull weapon) or just not both things at once (so testing weapon pull once and armor drop at another time).
Or they humorously didn't.
