@JKTV Lol In general, I would rate this at 2-3 out of 10. We have a more or less canonical confirmation of one crush and a little of what, if desired, can be interpreted as a controversial ship tease.
 
honestly this series would have been a lot better if it wasnt for the mom i honestly feel the mom ruined everything about what could have been great about this series

but is to late now its over and done with and its really to bad as this series could have been really great but oh well now
 
The alter looking of characters in last chapter is good, Nagisa is cute with unmessed hair, Uchika is like proper MILF with motherly hair style. Ayano's boobs are little bigger but she still short. And Kaoruko is not Ayano's friend but one of Ayano's harem, lol.
 
It was good until it lasted, thank you for this manga Hamada, with this, it closes the good era about females in spokon manga (Keijo, Takkyuu, Mai Ball), I'll wait patiently for your next work.

@NIB I can understand about Mai Ball, but Keijo? Lol The whole purpose of this title was to create a fun ecchi manga, why do people in the west continue to pretend that it was a serious sports work with great potential?

As for this final chapter, it was a nice long one to end things off. Left me wanting more admittedly but that's the case with a story I enjoy.
 
Since when the Nagisa/Coach ship as started? I quit at Ch.45 and there was nothing between them afaik and Anime had me jaibaited with Nagisa/Riko so i don't quit understand. Also with is Micchi again and who is the other person they talk about ?

Edit : Also i see they don't even drop the bullshit about Ayano being unbeatable. At this point it's laughable. I know MC in sport manga are suposse to be good but to this degree, it's nearly bullshit level of Isekai MC.
 
@Lilliwyt Anime never tried to make Nagisa x Riko bait. While the manga repeatedly teased this, the anime was stable within the boundaries of shounen-ish nakama power. As for Nagisa x Coach, even the first volumes loved it, starting with Ranma style dynamics and ending with their collaboration when Nagisa decided to become stronger. This is clearly far from a normally written romantic line, but this ship has always been here. Do not forget that Nagisa is a creator pet, and Coach is his author avatar.

They talk about the tomboy-ish blonde that she fell in love with because of her androgynous appearance. In one chapter, she even printed fake photos where this girl would have looked like her boyfriend. That is, a typical pseudo-lesbian crush on ikemen-girl.
