The problem is until they do a dna/blood test on the child, there's no way to be sure. Joe from his storyline is a pathalogical liar. One moment he swears its his, the next he's claiming that he's had his line snipped/tied whatever.. What's the truth? Whatever he finds most convenient for what he wants in the moment.

That said, it probably won't be until after c170 or 180 that it comes out at the very least.

On a more serious note, I'm hoping whoever's biological child it turns out to be won't matter. They all fought for the right to care for the child, and I think that's proof enough that bloodlines don't matter to them. They just want to be around for Yuzu.
