@kyuucr Not really, babies this young still have breath blocking reflex when their head goes underwater, in my country it's common to have swimming classes for babies capitalizing on that. Unless you let him entire minutes underwater it isn't that big of a deal.

Non recently put Hare kon on Hiatus and had a baby. (I believe it was in various omakes if you read those?) A brief glance shows she's most of the way through her 18th volume. Lots of materials to work from.
