Hatarakanai Futari - Vol. 11 Ch. 645 - No Right

Sure, it doesn't apply to her but it is also true and a lot of people tend to not think much about it before making a racket when the sun's up. Even in your own home, with your own family, a night shift person can get treated like "Oh right, you were here." Apparently my dad had a rough time with that when my mom kept watching my nephew. Kids don't listen when you tell them to be quiet and all. Then if they keep it up you have to get more stern with them, so they might make even more of a fuss because you scolded them.

Coming from a mother who visibly doesn't do much during the day herself.
I mean, litteraly, the mother is shown nowhere to be working, 'sides cooking and drinking coffee during the day.

Also, as a IT guys, there's tons of times where I need to do a night shift, and it's perfectly understandable. I just feel like society isn't build up at all around night workers. There's almost no shops being open in Europe after 10PM, and when there is, it's almost impossible to grab fresh food. What a pain.

That is one nice thing here in the US. There is always something open. In the St Louis, Missouri region, I can go get a steak or breakfast at any time of the day. There are places to buy fresh produce and clothes at any time (Walmart). Only thing that gets you is going to the doctor or bank. Only thing open at night is the ER. I work second shift, so i get off work at 1am and usually stay up till about 7am. It isn't too bad to get by. The local groceries that are not Walmart are even open to 10pm now.
