Yes. The only reason, though, that Ririsu is trying to arrange that outcome for Eve is because Eve said that she wanted that. Ririsu earlier proposed that Eve leave with Ririsu. But note, importantly, that Eve still hasn't learned that Ririsu is a girl. Everything turns on that point. Once Eve learns that Ririsu is a girl, what she will instead want is for Tarou and Ririsu to realize their love.
