How are there people claiming Lilith is best girl? She tries to ruin things for Tarou throughout almost the entire series in any way she can for something that he obviously had no control over, then turns almost a complete 180 in like 3 chapters for basically no reason. Tarou chases after a delusion of a person that doesn't actually exist (even though he realizes is a delusion), then decides to stick with the person who has been trying to fuck him over for the entire series because she is the person he had that delusion about (who he knows bears only a physical resemblance to the object of his delusion).

This entire series is about sticking with a wrong decision just because it is your first decision.

Screw this manga, wish there was a way to filter out anything by a specific author.
