Have manga chapter age swappable with date.

Put an option in for chapters to have date uploaded rather than how long ago uploaded as what would help for better tracking and checking whether or not a manga has been dropped by a group or is just matching a hiatus.

e.g. 3 years ago vs 2017/03/18

@DoubleSnake Not doable mobile as far as I know, but on desktop, if you hover your mouse over the 1hour ago 3 years ago etc timestamp, you will see the exact date and time the chapter or comment was posted.

I could get behind this. Not in a weird way though.

Could be a toggle and apply to forum posts as well. It might trip some people up depending on their country's date format tho, but that could also be accounted for.

@Yatsuki wow you right. Boy do I feel like a dummy now. Still, toggle might be nice for mobile.
