Pretttttty sure shooting your arrow in an arch is simply common sense and not some secret technique. Also it wouldn't add extra force or whatever, just make it fly further.

Great chapter but holy shit that arrow shit was........
I'll mostly give it a pass since it does show the evolution of warfare but the author shouldn't of tried explaining it if he/she haven't done their research on it.

@SandiKurniaP arch shooting is not secret technique, but also not common sense, only some records of arch shooting from long range mostly for provoking instead deal any damage. The common range is 70~80 yards (modern and traditional archery still use this range for competitions) and at that range, they shoot vertical instead arch.

I... don't think this is accurate, but at least the rest of this is cool.

Just wish that the author doesn't make up this shit along the way. If he just stay quiet about it, there won't be much complain about this.

Sorry but if a 160 pound bow can't pentrate a simple brestplate this arch shooting won't either /watch?v=DBxdTkddHaE

"longbows can pierce a knight's armor at close range"
nigga what? What happened to all the "research" this guy said he did? Has he even seen anybody shoot a longbow at a chestplate? A 120lb bow from 2 or 3 yards away will only bounce war arrows off of it.
