I think true assassins need to be able to seduce for their line of work, both to get a target alone and to acquire information. They need to be able to blend in smoothly socially as well so high social skills are needed BUT not knowledge of how the world works necessarily. Only "how to work a room" if you've heard that saying. Thus thats why he's good with women, I would assume.
