I'm just going to point out a few things:
1) He sneaked into the noble district from outside the city, while in human form, easily, without detection. (wtf are the guards doing!)
2) He immediately runs into, and rescues, one of the ppl he was looking for by accident.
3) He just casually stripped in front of a stranger and she said nothing before he transformed.

I get that its his birth mom but wasn't she his mom for like a week? like the detail he used to jog the maids memory was the scene before he was left in the forest. It was sad what happened to his mum but he has wolf mama.
when a soft slice of lifeish manga goes into violence it tends to be dumb typical pacifist shit so i dunno what to expect. also being so attached to people you barely knew and abandoned you is weird. the only reason he even remembers them is because he was isekai'd.
