what a weird set of instruments, two bass instruments and a flute and saxophone as leads. that'd actually be super interesting to hear if a composer were to make a soundtrack out of that set. in general it's really awkward to read manga or novels about playing music, like when they perform it's just a bunch of spreads of them standing there holding the instruments lmao. it really isn't the same without an actual soundtrack
