Help looking for a manga

So I found news about a manga that it's going to have an anime, I liked the synopsis and I wanted to give it a shot but I got distracted by other things in my house and shutdown my pc before I read the title.
The synopsis was like "a vampire hunter looking for a certain evil vampire who kidnap kids, but turns out that the vampire is a weakling and the kids like playing around with him" or somewhat like that.
