I've seen it long ago(like 10 years lol) on an imageboard where people would post works they were scanlating at the moment.
The chapter that was posted had a teacher-like middle aged man doing increasingly reckless, but not really reckless actions. In the last one it turned out he was trespassing and loitering in a school.
It had a vibe similar to +tic neesan.
I know it's kind of vague, but it'd be cool to find out what it was.
