Hengoku no Schwester - Vol. 4 Ch. 16 - Knowledge and ignorance

IRL, someone else who didn't hear about nor cared about the guy being saved would've stolen the key.

Sister forgot to tell that the key was in a very illuminated spot in the garden of a villa filled with armed guards that will probably have crossbows or other ranged weapons and anybody with half a brain know it, so nobody in their right mind would steal the key unless they have a death wish.

But the sister's scary AF. Not only because of her plan, but she has full conviction of it being for the good of everyone.

Oh, I sure do wonder what would she do once she runs out of miracles, because every single innovative Christian is either dead or in England

@FlamingSquirrel: If only were that it wouldn't be so bad, but it's the fact that she will be relentless: NOTHING will stop her, not her conscience, not the people, nothing until someone kills her. And maybe not even then, seeing the loyalty she seems to inspire in her underlings . That's one of the the scary parts. The other is that along her fanaticism, she's really intelligent, leaves almost nothing to luck and plans everything carefully (she had the voting in the palm of her hand before the start and got back on dissidents in record time). If she weren't that fanatic I would even admire her, she's a great villain. Alas, her zealotry and ruthlessness are serious minus points. Pity.

@MangaRockRefugee: That's the trick: she doesn't only want to monopolize knowledge, but also scientific development. She will never run out of tricks because her intentions are to ensure that she will have all the resources needed to create new ones.

What makes this manga good, IMO, is that it's not as "edgy" as it may seems at first.
Right?
