@Crookshanks I don't think so. Mostly accent on her perverted mind and her "ability ", not the age. Basically, age here - is mostly for men public desire - a lust for a JK. But - on the other side - the fact that she is a high schooler is what is stopping Male MC for being more pushy and give author the time to developed more intimate relationship without rushing for straight sex.
So, it's kinda two part deal - work the story on deeper lvl but not really neccessary thing.
Well, that's my opinion, anyway, I think (with this shy 26 years japaneese phymosis virgins) even if she was in her 20+ nothing really changes
