Henkyou no Roukishi - Bard Loen - Vol. 3 Ch. 16 - Stablos

31 years old... he lived a good life. Have a good rest now, Horsey.

And Gramps was getting senile, maybe. He was seriously considering a wooden chair as weapon. I mean, of course it could serve as one, albeit unusual... but it was best used as a chair. I would understand if it had been a foldable metal chair, but...

@LazyDays i don't know the story past volume 2, but that arc was bad

Asking the god for free food everyday is dumb, "paladin" my ass

MC kills wolves so they won't eat his dead horse. MC proceeds to eat a small piece his own dead horse. MC leaves the rest of his dead horse for the wolves that he has yet to kill.

@SilverMars @Fuko

Maybe, but why would such as super-specialized sword just happen to be hanging in a general store in the middle of nowhere? It seems much more likely that it is a machete of some sort used for harvesting crops.

Edit: something like this: https://hosstools.com/product/sugar-cane-machete/

Rip Stablos, go to the princess side.

Also almost sure that weird sword is magical.

I like how they put the fantasy elements inthis story, like the Gelkast living in the forest that Bard meet.

"Green body and large stature... A Gelkast?"

Uuhhh, I assume the face should be a sufficient identifier?

This does give what i would think would be an accurate description and feel of what happens when you and those around get old and start passing one by one but also knowing most of them were happy and had fulfilled lives helps ease the sorrow

If Gelkast happens to be a crocodile inspired race, I wonder if there's an alligator inspired version with how it is worded with Bard's initial description of them.

Godspeed to your next journey, Stablos. May you find Aidra and tell her the tales of Bard Loen.

Is This mangaka actually lived these moments how can he/she capture these events so beautifully, it's simply absurdly astonishing.
