i mean it's nice that it's picked up, but i can see that this is barely proofread...that page 1 is a dead giveaway on the case of how much small mistakes are there

I find it hard to believe the MC, a person who is essentially an office worker, was able to do refinish the room in a matter of a a single day. Work that would normally take an experienced contracting crew of 2-3. It looks like he just cut corners and spackled and painted over the damage.
