I forget. What's the plan when the citizens all revolt and go French Revolution on these people? I mean, the king will obviously get caught up in it, but that aside, is there really any way for the actual culprits to protect themselves?

There were aristocrats, clergy and other men of high station who joined hands with the Third Estate at the beginning of the revolution and essentially helped lead it. It didn't end well for them once the Jacobins took control, of course, but that's besides the point.

Are they twins... or maybe brothers? Cuz I remember in one of the first chapters, I thought they were the same person. But then I assumed they were two diff people. And now I know for sure they're two diff people, and seeing them together, they really do look VERY similar. And then add the fact that they know each other...
