Heterogeneous Linguistics - Vol. 2 Ch. 15

@Avery I know, right?

@Tych If they're like snakes than they should be deaf and use instead their bodies to feel vibrations in the ground. Maybe they were accidentally insulting them or maybe the lamias thought they were being challenged or something.

@nightwatch25 I think the Lamias felt the vibrations in the air, thought that the board was floating, and tried to leap on it.

NO STEP ON SNEK

No wonder why the Lamia was mad, you violated her NAP

@Liquidxlax
That would be the more common , but that's also how Naga, Medusa and some other types look.

That aside, can you think of any other race that could be used to describe them ?
Half or more snake, two arms at the approximate torso location

Hmm. I'm guessing that stomping is the equivalent to yelling, and the board is to make smaller noises. And the reason why no one is responding is because you're not supposed to talk in the bath.

Shaaaa!

Yeah, if they're anything like snakes they are deaf and blind as hell and feel heat and vibrations. I enjoy all the lizard people in this series, they're normally glossed over or generic evil people. We need more reptile representation!

Aww... I wanted to see the answer to this mystery; the chapter was over far too soon.

I didn't think Susuki could be cuter until she became fluffier.

This chapter was just both of them fumbling around and almost getting bitten by snakes with arms.

Though it's nice to properly see Werecats and Lamias -- also see that Suzuki also has some issues communicating (and learning that she's actually all coated in fur)

My guess is the board were mean to be used to tap slowly or for the lamia to dance/vibrate on

Is Sensei's Sensei wanting him to marry Susuki when she grows up?
