You'll be amazed that there are some in engineering , including me, was inspired to take it because of Gundam. Some say we were actually inspired by star trek but here in Asia, you either go with Gundam or other mecha series as your primary reason taking engineering.

@Maluco101 gundam seed is a gemstone, tho i didnt get the same feeling about destiny, was kinda boring and i abandoned it halfway, but this series kinda makes me wanna give it another try.

Always loved both Seed and especially Destiny (have had to defend my view multiple times against friends lol, it's such a glorious chaotic mess that I can't help loving it). Always hated Shinn though, Athrun was the true star of Destiny. But maybe I'll consider rewatching and taking Kanzaki's perspective, I'm basically the same age as her after all lol
