This mangaka either doesn't know how, or want to draw anything else besides very slim and flat butts, also hip width is small as well. In general female hips should be as wide as shoulders, if not sometimes wider. Thus the first page with female characters in bikinis is totes hilarious Poor Kayo.

Well I don't read this for the art, as some other reader mentioned, I'm here for the story and the crazy antics of Hibiki.

I always voiced my dislike of all the "sexy" Hibiki poses on front pages of a chapter, but man, author really let this chapter go in terms of artistic quality. I mean, his/her style was already bad, but at least at the beginning, s/he tried to put in some kind of detail. Now its like s/he didn't even try to make it look decent.

The manga is complete, it has a total of 13 volumes, so 6 more volumes to go.
You can find the raw for all the volumes in nyaa if you search for the japanese name.

The translation on the other hand will likely takes years to finish, maybe 4-5 years.
That is why i taken up studying Japanese instead, might be faster that way.
