Hide dropped manga on the front page :planned:

I would like an option allowing to hide the manga that have been marked as dropped from the front page - it gets in the way when looking for new things, especially once one has several dropped manga.

The same feature would be useful for the search menu - allowing to hide currently reading/dropped/on hold/completed etc. manga.
