@gakose This has 2 sequels (with the second one on-going to this day). This "final chapter" is just a huge set up for the sequels so I suggest you give it a read yourself but if you don't enjoy the first 20-30 chapters, you're most likely going to hate it after 100+ chapters. I go from loving it, to hating it, and loving it again. But I think like most other people in the comments, I read this as a kid but then no chapters got released for over 10 years until it got started up again by dangankou. Also the comments in every chapter are the best so if you do end up reading Higanjima, the comments start from chapter 115+ onwards. I would call chapters before that, the dark ages.
