I dont get the pure relationships parts since ecchi is natural, but it would explain the drop in birthrates if having your V card as long as possible is the norm there for society's nonsense.

I like the bizarre purity of this manga. It's totally unrealistic, but so is the "I have a disease where a guy has to rub my boobs" premise. I'm not particularly an ecchi fan, so I'm okay with being 16 chapters into the boob rubbing manga without seeing a nipple.

I like seeing manga girls being fondled and wishing it was me.
