I think it wasn't the blackmailer to upload the uncensored photo, just a random guy who removed the mosaic with some computer skills. (Quite impossible in reality, not too unlikely in fiction)

Really hope he doesn't actually give up his place in class for this guy. Although I'm expecting him to end up making the offer again only for the guy to deny it and say something about wanting to get in on his own merits.

Happens IRL a fair bit too. =p
