Pretty much dead by now as the brother (co-author and artist) hasn't answer anyone about it, pretty sure he wants to continue it but even before his brother's decease, he never got permission to continue the series (IIRC they even fought about it after his brother decide to hiatus HOTD again after the March 2011 Sendai earthquake) and well now he is working for Digital Accel Works as hentai artist.

At least in his twitter he is pretty active but he just uploads some hentai covers, hentai flash games, merchandise, pics of mangas or maybe light novels and some ads of the new manga he is working.
