Though, now I'm confused about something: we saw cheerleader girl having a tearful goodbye with who I'm assuming is her girlfriend, did they break up? Or are they now in a long-distance relationship?

Because until that's cleared up for me, based on how things are currently progressing, I worry that cheerleader girl will be cheating if she gets more intimate with gloomy girl.
