"I don't want to see the egg whites"
I feel assaulted somehow. If she is that bothered by egg whites why not separate the yolk and the whites and mix it with soy sauce before mixing it into the rice then put the yolk on top. It feels wrong to call it TKG if you don't have the yolk ontop of the rice.
