Edit: I figured it out. She's too fucking normal. Goes to college, does the chores, generally leaves the protagonist alone. I have no issue with anything thing she does and neither does the protagonist. Zero conflict and her swimsuit thing just comes off as a gimmick. Regarding the chapter title, 年上 isn't "elderly", just relatively older than the subject. "Elder Elegy" would be a better fit.
