To be ho est, i like this kind of MC. From the late relationship he know there something wrong with it. He know it wouldn't be alright to continue that relationship. He try to break up with his girlfriend, then reenact their relationship where he the one who started it not the other way around. Sometime i like this kind of realistic idea of a relationship like this. But sometime the girl will be hurted so much and they can't comeback together, this thing had greater risk to do in real life tough

They literally wanted to 'restart' the relationship like a game, so they just confessed once again, like restarting a Game.
