i get she was a super doctor and all but she's in a completely new world. how does she know the names of all these plants/medicines? if they are the same as in our world how does she know that thye exist in this world and if they do how does she know they exist in this one country/part of the world?

i feel like authors in isekai never think more than 5 minutes ahead...
