Now I'm not the type to call "rape" after every one night stand, but sleeping with a girl who's clearly to drunk to function while you're sober is pretty sus. If he wasn't attractive and powerful, but acted exactly the same, the reactions to this event would be VERY different.

some comments said he raped her. But isn't she fully clothed when she woke up? Yes, she looks naked when she just woke up but take a look at her clothes design, it is strapless, backless, the clothing starts a little bit above her nipple. So the blanket completely covers her clothes. He seems to only open her choker, mask, gloves, and shoes.
Yeah, it isn't a good move that he sticks to his habit of sleeping naked and decides to sleep in the same bed with the girl. @LingLing40hrs1 I am not really sure what you mean. But if I am right about what you mean to ask then:
in this chapter, to people that claim it is rape, it seems like this: the girl is drunk but the guy is not drunk so he is fully conscious. then they have sex. in that situation like you said the drunk girl wasn't fully conscious. so she doesn't really know what she is saying. therefore, the guy knows the girl is drunk, speaking nonsense, and cannot properly consent to anything. however, he still had sex with her anyway. That is considered rape. because he had sex with her without her consent.
I said maybe he didn't rape her because the girl still had her clothes on, she didn't feel uncomfortable in her private areas, he also says "she dared to run away from me" not "she dares to run away after sleeping with me". so I think it is still unclear if he did have sex with her.
But Idk maybe he did and that may be clear in the next few chapters. but from chapter 2 alone I still have my doubts. but I dropped this manhwa after chapter 3 so I really don't know.
