Not happening now, especially since they're still in high school. But since Hitomi-chan is only a first year high school student (projects to be about 16 years old), she's got a lot more growing, maturing and filling out to do. If she looks like this at 16, imagine what she'll look like 18!
Even so, there's still a lot of maturing and filling out for to do. My wife hit 175cm and looked like she was 18, when she was just 13. In the succeeding 5 years, she filled out, her bone structure firmed up and her muscle mass got rearranged to where she looked absolutely stunning, compared to what she looked like just two years earlier.

You guys know that females start puberty at 11 and end it at 15, right?
So at 13 puberty has already hit her and the next two year was just the body aclimating to the changes, after that one more year and the brain end it's development (at 16) and purbety ends for females. Males start it two years later and end it two years later also, 13-18, not being a minor is based on the male developmental cycle BTW.
You also realize that you don't stop growing at the theoretical end of puberty. Most people don't reach their full stature until some time in their mid 20's

Yes, but that is just height there are no more physical changes to the body other than getting taller meaning your looks are already set which was the subject I was replying to.
