It’s a manga fantasy on social commentary about the way women are treated while being pregnant. By featuring a male being pregnant, the mangaka is trying to make people see a different point of view and the double standards that exist.

The explaining of how this can happen is so not gonna be happen biologically/medically. The normal standard is not gonna work for understanding the process. It's obviously a fiction.

Ha, yes of course i'm right. How could I doubt myself! But to be honest I really don't get why my fellow female creatures created such a horrifying genre. I'm glad that most people don't read fanfiction because thats where that abomination came from and it's found in every fandom to exist.
