@anhhuynh2811 At first I thought it was a forced scene just to progress the plot, but looking at it from another perspective, the classmate dude likely was a small-time bully. Since Fushimi is shy and lonely at school, he's basically prime material for bullying, apart from his intimidating height. So, when the dude saw Fushimi talking with a girl, he decided to bully them, just to kill some time. Like you said, nobody talks like that, unless they have hostile intentions to begin with.
