This type of a romance story really works only (from every readers perspective), if it's based on a world/culture, where it's common for people to have several spouses, and by the end MC has a literal harem, since only then is nobody left out, and nobody ends up alone/hurt, and everyone is loved. Especially, when all the female leads are very likeable/cute.
E.g. the gamer girl would be my type the most of all the girls, but I still like all of them nonetheless.
