Maybe he's doing it so the side girls can catch up? Doing it this way though, ehhhhhh not a fan because she leaves we start to like the other girls more but they STILL lose when/if fuyuki comes back. Unless he writes her out because he plans for one of the others to win. Christ idk, I just don't see this situation being resolved in any satisfying way.
