Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable!

I was thinking "Oh no, a sporty tsundere love rival and an introverted lesbian cockblocker. Please author say it ain't true, those cliches need to disappear." and it wasn't so that's good. So instead we have kinda weird relationship cheerleader and scheming matchmaker. Seems legit.

PSA: The manga got picked up by Mangaplus. https://mangaplus.shueisha.co.jp/titles/100116
Download the chapters before it's too late! Quick!

while I’m glad that this manga and more from Jump+ magazine (not to be confused with the regular Jump one) got free official English translation by Mangaplus, I wish the team there would translate more unknown ones, particularly this one called Hidarikiki no Eren

The official licensed title is Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable!, huh? Glad to see it didn't go the way of the French Sono Bisque Doll title.

In the very first chapters I questioned in the comments if Dosanko Gyaru was plural, it's nice to be right thanks to the official English release 😎😎

Will the manga plus Release behind or have they caught up to the recent chapter??
Manga plus have only released two chapters so far

Thank you for the translation

Well, my fellow readers, it is a sad day that they have stopped scanning but we can move on to other sites to read the manga it is not the end but merely a new start.

Just because M+ is uploading doesn't mean scanlators still can't. M+ uploads the official published English versions, but the official English versions tend to also be censored and use less than appealing effects. Plus sites like M+ only keep the most recent chapters uploaded and delete the older ones. The idea is to force you to buy the official manga, but not everyone can (due to regional issues or financial restraints).

The MD rule is that the official pages can't be on here, but as long as the scanlators aren't pirating others (especially the official content), it's fine. So if a group buys the official raws and scanlates from there, no rules are broken on EITHER end. A loss of profit on the mangaka's end, sure, but not everyone can buy the official stuff like I mentioned earlier.

Just gotta hope a new group will pick it up.

Do manga licensed by ManaPlus get digital releases for sale? This is a series I'd like to own the official volumes in English.

I can see why some people don't like mangaplus.
I mean, on my pc, i can't even get mangaplus on fullscreen with F11, the command is blocked on their site, or something.

I need to go on another Tab just before the Mangaplus tab, and do CTRL+Tab to be able to get fullscreen on mangaplus.

And i don't even want to talk about the 3 first and last chapters released only, it's beyond stupid.

@crxislst Not really, if no one scanlates it we will not get new chapters till the officials catch up to the raws which will probably happen in 6-8 months or so, and even that there is no probability the agregators will upload the new chapters

@TwilightFaze The thing is that Viz aggresively files copyright claims and even Mangadex had to delete the fan-scanlation chapters of their titles https://mangadex.org/thread/308143 Until they catch up, translations for this series are effectively dead and it's unlikely that a group pick it up long term. AFter that, M+ will only allow the first 3 and latest 3 chapters to be viewed unless you live in the US and pay for a subscription. I'd love to be wrong but unfortunately, corporate might reigns supreme.
